What paymemethods are accepted?

We accept PayPal as the main payment method. To prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing your information, security measures have been taken to prevent illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

Is the site safe?

Yes! Depending on the type of browser you are using, you will see a small lock in the corner of the URL, or HTTPS which indicates that our website is secure.

Can I deliver to a US address when I live abroad?

Yes! The currency will be in U.S. dollars and an exchange rate may apply (please check with your credit card company or payment company).

How long must I returen the product?

All returns must be completed within 90 days of purchase.

Can I cancel the order before it is shipped?

Customers can cancel or change for free within 24 hours. Please note that for all cancelled or changed orders (after 24 hours), a 30% restocking fee will be charged for personalized products.

What is your change/cancellation policy?

We are happy to help you change the color, size, picture or cancel/refund the order-just fill out the contact form below as soon as possible, which contains your order number, email address and the required changes. Changes/cancellations to the order can only be accepted before the order is put into production.

If you need to change the delivery address, we will help you until the delivery. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address and the address you want to change to.

When can it be shipped?

Usually, it takes about 3-5 working days to produce and ship our products. After delivery, it will deliver the continental US order within 10 to 15 working days. International shipping time varies by destination.

Reminder: Due to the impact of COVID-19, the delivery time may be delayed according to the local epidemic situation and government policies.

How much is shopping?

1. The standard shipping fee is US$9.99 (5 to 12 working days).

2. The urgent shipping fee is USD 24.99 (2-5 working days).
